Mahoney Mechanical is a heavy industrial construction company specializing in the installation of mechanical systems, process and utility piping, plumbing systems, equipment rigging and installation, and pneumatic instrumentation systems. We have a combined 44 years of experience in the trade, construction new systems installations, modifying existing systems, and design-build industries. We pride ourselves and strive to set the standard in being efficient , professional, knowledgeable, honest, forthcoming, and dependable as a Midwest contractor. We are fluent in all the processes of welding for carbon steel, various grades of stainless steel, chrome, and various nickel-copper alloys for piping systems of all temperatures and pressures. We offer on-site and off-site fabrication. We are very adept in logistical planning and scheduling large amounts of wok in narrow windows of time in order to facilitate system maintenance to your facility in for do minimize your scheduled and emergency downtime.

QA/QC Program

Mahoney’s Quality Assurance Program is based on ASME B31.1 and B31.3 Codes and is accredited by the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI). Mahoney Mechanical possess the R Stamp. To ensure compliance with Owner’s project specific QA/QC Requirements, we employ Certified Weld Inspectors (CWI) as needed to ensure that all requirements of the project specific approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) are followed and that the welding performed is by welders currently certified to the WPS’s.

Welding Qualifications

Welding of all piping systems are performed by qualified welders certified on all carbon steels, chrome alloy, nickel, hastelloy, steels, stainless steels, and aluminum.
