Mahoney’s Quality Assurance Program is based on ASME B31.1 and B31.3 Codes and is accredited by the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI). Mahoney Mechanical possess the R Stamp. To ensure compliance with Owner’s project specific QA/QC Requirements, we employ Certified Weld Inspectors (CWI) as needed to ensure that all requirements of the project specific approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) are followed and that the welding performed is by welders currently certified to the WPS’s.
Welding of all piping systems are performed by qualified welders certified on all carbon steels, chrome alloy, nickel, hastelloy, steels, stainless steels, and aluminum.
